How do I follow up on my online application?

Haven’t heard back after applying? It’s okay to follow up with the agency professionally to express continued interest and ask for updates. 

How to follow up: 

1. Go to https://www.workabroad.ph/candidate/login. Enter your registered email address and password, then click ‘Log In’. 

• If you're using a desktop browser, click "Applications" then "Online Applications".
• If you're on a mobile browser, tap the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner, then select "Applications" --> "Online Applications".   

2. Choose the job application you want to follow up on. Click the three dots and then tap the "Follow-Up" button.

Important Reminders:

You may only follow up on your application 7 days after your application date or last follow-up date to give the agencies ample time to review your application.

Another option is to contact the recruitment agency which posted the job hiring. Click the name of the agency to view their contact numbers or search their profile through this link https://www.workabroad.ph/candidate/search-agency/1.
