How to Edit, Repost and Close a Job Ad?

1 . From the 'Jobs' menu, view your jobs list  by clicking any of these job categories:

          a. Open Jobs - active jobs, thus currently published on the site.

          b. Closed Jobs - jobs unpublished by user, consequently, no longer reflected on the site.

          c. Expired Jobs - jobs which went past the 30-day exposure and automatically put down from the site.

          d. All Jobs - all jobs.

2. Edit a Job Ad

          2.1. Click the pen icon under Actions column (same row as the ad you wish to edit).

          2.2. Modify the job ad details and click Update to save the changes made.

          2.3. Once your Job Ad is successfully modified, you will be prompted with a confirmation ->"You have successfully updated a job posting”.

          2.4. Click Cancel to undo changes and go back to jobs list.

Important Reminder: Pen icon or Edit is available for Open Jobs only.

3. Repost a Job Ad

          3.1. Click the paper icon under Actions column (same row as the ad you wish to repost).

          3.2. Modify the job ad details as necessary and click Repost.

          3.3. Once job ad repost is done, you will be prompted with a confirmation ->

“You have successfully reposted a job posting”.

          3.4. Click Cancel to undo changes and go back to jobs list.

4. Close a Job Ad

          4.1. Click the X icon under Actions column (same row as the ad you wish to close).

          4.2. Confirm closing of job ad action by clicking Yes in the question prompt, and No if otherwise.

          4.3. Once closing of job ad is done, you will be prompted with a confirmation ->

“You have successfully closed a job posting”.

Important Reminder: X icon or Close is available for Open Jobs only.

5. Repost or Close Multiple Job Ads

          5.1. On the first column of the jobs list, tick the box of the job ads you wish to repost or close.

          5.2. Select applicable action -> Repost or           Close - from the dropdown found on the upper left corner of the jobs list, then click Go.

          5.3. Once successful, you will be prompted with a confirmation.

Important Reminder: Reposting of multiple job ads is available for Open, Closed, Expired and All Jobs, while Closing is for Open Jobs only.
