How to Process, Screen and Move Candidates to Applicable Folders?

1. From your Hirers’ Recruitment Dashboard homepage, click ‘Applicants’ in the menu, then ‘Online Applications’ tab. 

2. Online applications are sorted based on job categories -> Open, Closed, Expired, Pending Jobs and All Jobs. Choose from these categories and click the number of Unprocessed Applications in blue (same row as the job ad’s applications you wish to process).  

OR 

Click the ‘Position Title’ from ‘Online Applications’ list.  

3. You will then be redirected to the list of candidates who sent applications to the chosen job ad. 

4. You can filter by Job Responsibility, License or Training, Position Title, and Maximum Age to sort qualified candidates.  

5. Click Candidate’s Name to review profile. 

6. Click Post Comment on the upper left corner of the candidate’s profile to input notes which may be used as reference of other recruiters in your agency. Be sure to click Post Comment to save records.  

7. After review, choose applicable folder from the dropdown found on the upper right corner of the candidate’s profile page, then click arrow in green. Folders are defined as: 

          a. Shortlisted - candidate who passed prescreening 

          b. Lined up for Interview – candidate who was invited for interview  

          c. Deployed – candidate who was successfully hired and deployed for overseas job  

          d. Kept for Reference – candidate in which profile may be used for future reference   

          e. Rejected - candidate who did not meet the required qualifications set for the job ad 

          f. Blacklisted – candidate who displayed unprofessional behavior in the screening process. 

8. Once action is successful, you will be prompted with a confirmation -> “Applicant moved successfully”

9. Move Multiple Candidates to Folders 

          9.1. From the chosen job ad’s list of candidates, tick the box of the candidates’ names you wish to move to another folder.  

          9.2. Select applicable folder -> Shortlisted, Lined up for Interview, Deployed, Kept for Reference, Rejected, or Blacklisted - from the dropdown found on the upper left corner of the candidates list, then click Move. 

          9.3 Once action is successful, you will be prompted with a confirmation -> “Application(s) successfully moved”

Note: The same steps shall be observed when moving processed candidates which have been placed in folders other than Unprocessed. Click folder name, then screen and move candidates.
